  2. Albert, Ranger Dog's distant cousin, always shows us the way. Best wishes and ((((hugs)))) to you and your crew for Happy Holidays from me and mine.

    A dog's Xmas tale:

We spent two nights out at the beach for Christmas so we boarded Ranger - in the pickup truck in the under parking. He can't harm it, not like what looked like an Irish Wolf Hound that was being kenneled in a fancy SUV. I'm not sure they saved any money this time around.

  3. Merry Christmas. We gave Panfilo the teeniest bit of turkey. He swears he spent time in heaven today.

  6. Tommy has gone nose to nose with that coyote, too. He and Louise send their love to you and Albert. Hope you both had a wonderful Christmas. Maybe we can go for a walk next weekend? Louise and I would love to see you.

  7. Albert got to Old Town! That coyote's such a favorite with dogs and kids. It's a bit smaller than our local ones. Merry Xmas to you and all your animals!! This is the first free moment I've had all day. The grandchildren keep us amused and busy, plus it's the English tradition to have a huge turkey dinner on Xmas day, whereas you Americans separate the turkey from the gift giving - a much better idea.

  11. It took Albert five minutes to find the courage to crawl up to the coyote. And a small crowd gathered to offer encouragement. And laugh. True story.

  12. Belated Merry Christmas, Hiker. Now I can see what you mean about Albert's reaction to that dog in Renaissance Plaza in Sierra Madre. Good for him for gathering an encouraging crowd!

  13. I think the other dogs might have helped enhanced Wiley's patina

  19. Sniffing the wolf. That oughta be some hip slang for something. (I'm probably hearing "jump the shark"). Happy New Year.
