Your Carriage Awaits

And says hubba-hubba

Homemade, and

cooling its heels on Holliston in Altadena.

The owners, they don't need no stinkin' Lojack.

It looks like the Mystery Machine has had sex with an Airstream and this is the result.

Ummm....wow....it sure is shiny.

Maybe a Rolls got between the sheets with a yacht, and a Porsche is finding some action up on top.

While I wouldn't be caught alive in a Winnebago, I'd love a spin in this baby.

You got to go inside? looks like there's a speedboat on the roof. Can it drive in water?

I googled the Decoliner. Oh my - it can be driven from above or below. What's it doing in Altadena????

It's the cool person's answer to the soccer mom minivan. Retro fenders and space age shiny top. What more could you want.

Amazing creation. Is it being used to travel the country (like a Winnebago)?

Awesome! The interior is especially fabulous. I'd love to take a ride in this and sit up above and throw candy to the gawkers. Like being in a permanent parade!

That's very cool! I'd love to take a ride in it! It looks like it could transform into boat when it reaches the ocean. A Transformer....

If this van's a rockin, don't come a knockin.

What the...?! It must get toasty in there in the summer.

So will you get a ride?

I was on Holliston today! I drove Holliston all the way from Altadena Drive down to Pasadena.

This was not where I was! I am bummed!

Yes, I went inside. No, I didn't get a ride. And I drove away just in time. Had I hesitated, I would have done the obvious and taken a photo where I'm reflected taking a photo.

I am in some sort of deep lust.

Wow. Did you talk to the owner/driver?

If it's not going to be in the Doo Dah Parade, it should be!

If the DecoLiner had landed in my neighbourhood it would have been the high point of the year. :-)

Good work KB.

The deccos loved their curves. Beautiful interior, portal windows- looks like birds eye maple (my favorite). Wished my friends over at Side Street Projects had seen this

It looks like the ultimate land yacht. I believe you've outdone Laurie, and that's quite a feat.

It looks like something the Thunderbirds would have lusted over. I would have liked to see that photo of you reflected while taking a photo. Next time.
