A Most Beautiful Thing

No, not this.

This music

We heard music at the top of the hill and stayed til the end and walked home in the dark.

Yes. Shooting in the dark. My workshop with Ibarionex is Saturday and I can't wait.

I'm more than a tad smitten with Yo-Yo Ma's cello playing. This piece is delightful. I need a rose between my teeth...

Sounds you had a great time!
The pictures are gorgeous too!

I knew you'd like it. When I got home, I took a wild guess and googled Yo-Yo Ma and Brazilian, and there it was.

Reminds of Arensky, somewhat, but that might be because the cello is such a strong presence.

The second picture reminds me of Van Gogh. Very beautiful.

Phoebe's ghost was with you? That sunset looks very Italianate. How magical to hear the music with it.

Beautiful: what Margarett said: "Starry Night"

love seeing the progression of this sunset, and how the mood changes from light to dark.

Awesome photos. How serendipitous to get both a fabulous sunset and a concert.

Looks like someone's getting comfortable with her camera! Very nice.

I'm in the slow class, didn't know I was supposed to click on "this music." But I'm sure glad I finally glad. It's great.

They hold orchestra concerts on the back lawn of our town building (1/2 mile away, at the bottom of my hill), and I enjoy sitting on my back terrace to listen...alone, without lots of people around. Betcha Albert's more cultured than ever now!

I can't tell you how much enjoyment I'm getting out of watching you become a great photographer. And bonus! There's a soundtrack!

Five days without heat and electricity. I don't think I'm a pioneer girl after all.
