Well, why not

FOPS (Friends of Phoebe's) stop by for a face wash.

Phoebe gets her licks in on the charming Roberta, of Latino Heritage.

The lovely Janet Aird came by to get her glasses cleaned.

Courtney, who blogs at Musebootsi

Petrea, of course, Pasadena Daily Photo.

My face is always clean, thank you very much.

Phoebe made a wish, and here's her friend Debbie, AKA Debbies Book. If I had been faster on the draw, we'd have pictures of Bellis and Robert, too. Oh, P is on all fours, these are just her glamour shots.

If you can find your way to my place in the next week, please send an email. I'd like to take a photo of the two of you.

  3. I wish I could meet her. {And you, of course.} I'd feel blessed to have a little Phoebe nuzzle.

  4. Oh!! You know how I would LOVE to have a glamour shot with sweet Phoebe. Maybe I could send you a photo of myself and you could photoshop me in. Naw...wouldn't be the same.

My word verification: obwoobow. *smile* I think it means "I love you too", but Phoebe will probably know for sure.

  5. So she gave you her Bucket List! I bet that cuddling with you and getting lots of visitors was No. 1. What else was there? Running through flower-strewn meadows? Having $30 to spend in Three Dog bakery? A day without Albert?

  8. I visited Phoebe and Karin this morning and got my face licked like crazy (by Phoebe, I hope I don't have to clarify). Then I cried all the way home. Nobody lives forever but somebodys should.

  9. Oh, Miss Phoebe, I so wish I could be there! I think I might even be tempted to use eau de beef broth for a truly intense Phoebe experience. Ranger sends smoochies!

  10. I would come hug your girl and bid her an adieu if it didn't involve the stinkin' airlines.

Was my wv invented just for Phoebe and Albert? "upeesom"

  11. Oh god, I forgot to feed Albert. I forgot to put the bird in his cage. I forgot, I forgot -- stuff. Like the stable bill, and that Phoebe wouldn't live forever.

  12. Cat kiss yes! Dog wash? I'll pass.

  13. If we send a photo, can Phoebe lick it and send it back?
Wishin' we were in Altadena to make an appt. and stop by. Does 'telepathically' work?

  14. It's interesting that a pet can get into your soul like a person. And when they're gone it hurts just as much. I'm sad for you. I'm not a FOP but if I was near by, I'd let her slobber my visage.

  15. I have to write this, because I have to somehow get my mind around it. I'm putting Phoebe down at 1 today. She just licked Roberta's face, so she's going out the way she should.
