It has been a rough week

(Including with blogger. Sorry if comments haven't recorded)

But things could be worse. Our friend Shell in Brisbane, she's alive and well. The city needs some serious help, but as Shell always tells us, she's a deft hand with the mop.

Well, that's a relief. Let us know where we send checks for the Comet and Ajax. I'm writing one now.

  1. I forgot our dear Shell is in Brisbane and am glad to read that she's safe. Our sorrow about the loss of Arcadian woodland can't compare with the massive loss of homes, animals and plants over there. Why is the weather so weird all over the world?

  3. You have to go read Life with Tommy to feel better. Tommy will soon get to run!

  4. This is the nature’s power.

If you live in a earthquake area, stay away from the mountain area.

If you live in a dry area, stay away from the forest and the wilderness.

If you live in a floating area, stay away from the river.

If you live in a cold area, insulate your house and make sure you have enough firework and enjoy the time on the floor in front of the fireplace.

  7. It was a relief to read that Shell was okay. Hard to imagine experiencing such floods. Bellis, I'm asking that same question. These weather patterns around the world are really frightening.

Aw, Margaret. I'm so glad that Tommy can spread a little joy. He certainly does in my life.
