Hey dogface

Who needs a new dog to take them through this New Year? Recommendations: Tapioca. Doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, laughs at all my jokes (if they're clean). Likes to pose in front of reflective windows (yes, that's my new camera). She has one ear set at a jaunty angle (sort of like Spencer Tracy's hat). And Rookie, a devastatingly handsome guy who didn't complain that I spent the whole walk singing to him ("You're the tops, you're the Mona Lisa...You're the da, you're the da da da da" ). He'll also make sure your ears are clean and presentable.

Boxer Rescue Los Angeles.

'Cause baby when you're on bottom
I'm on top!

You know, whenever I try on a slip I like to spend a little more time than usual in the changing room.

WHy do you do this to me? I have two rambunctious 50 pound each Rottweiler/blend doggies, one very affectionate tuxedo cat and one huge animal lover 3 year old who wants to bring home every stray we find. When I see these babies, I just want to become a crazy dog lady.

Karin, you look entirely too cool to be standing there in casual wear. You're like the Steve McQueen of rescue women.

Oh, oh, oh....I see the Boz face, sorta. He's a mix, but... I LOVE THEM! I want to adopt them all. They are full of acceptance and hope and YES. Plus that ear-cleaning thing. You can't beat it.

You all have GOT to play it with the MMe Gram Changing Room mix. She has it; I can't stop playing it. And Tapioca would be swinging that butt -- we all would.

What an irresistible face. Of course, with two dogs and three cats and one kid, I will have to resist.

Awww, look at that face, those eyes. Somebody will love to take Tapi soon, I'm sure.

PS - very nice pics with the new camera.

You are a good soul to find homes for those beauties. I wish I could take them. Good luck.

Tapioca is a fine looking fellow indeed. Prepare yourself, I suspect the future owners may choose to change his name.

I knew I liked you from the beginning, Karin. But then you posted "Dover Beach," on MG and now this, "Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me." I have the 45. You are my sister, like it or not.

altadenahiker said...

Oh, I like it. But we can't both be the middle child.

Petrea said...

Fine. I'll be the oldest and boss you around. But we'll have to find a little sister who'll be demure in our presence.

Here's why I'm the older sister. It's because I really AM older.
